1. Time frame
Item should be returned within 20 days from the date of delivery.

2. Item Condition
returned or exchanged item should be in original condition, hang tags connected, not worn, washed nor stained.

3. How to proceed: Please follow these easy steps:
State your order date and invoice No, the items you are returning and the reason why (i.e. wrong size, did not like, damaged etc). We will then e-mail you a return or an exchange authorization number.

Ship your item/s at your own cost to:

4. For an exchange

Upon reception of the item/s, we will promptly exchange and reship your replacement product/s.
We will send you an invoice you for the shipping cost - as shipping is not free for returned and exchanged items.

If you have chosen a higher value for the exchange, we will invoice the difference.
Please make sure that the replacement item’s value is at least the same (or higher) than the replaced item.

If you choose an item of lower value, you will loose the difference. In the eventuality that you would not be completely satisfied with any product you can return it to us for an exchange, but before this, please check the shipping costs involved, as the shipping for returned or exchanged items will be at your own cost.
